Carole Burton Christian Life

Carole has belonged to The Basilica since 2016. Carole has been active in many mission-critical Basilica ministries. She helped start up Basilica’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Team. Carole participated in The Basilica Leadership Series. She was a volunteer and team leader with the Hennepin Connections Program. The program partners with Minneapolis College to mentor students with lived experiences.

As a teen, Carole started her lay ministry service as a charter Parish Pastoral Council member at Holy Angels Cathedral in Gary, IN. At Mary Mother in Burnsville, MN, Carole served nine years on the Parish Council. She co-founded the Greeter ministry and served on the building renovation capital campaign project.

Carole is the founder of Radiance Resources LLC. A skills development-focused company helps mid-level managers and their teams interact and innovate. Her spiritual views, leadership, and business insights help leaders discover new ways to connect and thrive. Her past roles include National Sales and Corporate Purchasing. Carole has a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Winona State University and earned a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Augsburg University.
