Julia Hanson Director of Annual Fund & Major Giving

Julia Hanson joined The Basilica team in the spring of 2023. She brings over 10 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and communications. She holds a master’s degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University, a fundraising certificate from the University of St. Thomas, and her CFRE certification. Her favorite part of fundraising is connecting people with the causes they feel passionate about supporting. In her free time, Julia enjoys training for marathons, hiking, baking, reading about art history, and spending time with her family. She lives in the southwest metro with her husband and three children. She is thrilled to be working as the Director of Annual Fund and Major Giving at The Basilica.
