Add some YAY to your Friday! Join us after Stations of the Cross on Friday, March 6 at the Basilica’s Friday Lent Bistro. The event is at 6:30pm in Teresa of Calcutta Hall, lower level of church.
This year’s menu is inspired by Pope Leo XIV and features a menu inspired by Peru, Chicago and Rome. Enjoy Peruvian potato and corn soup, Peruvian rice and shrimp, mini deep dish cheese pizzas, green salad with Chicago giardiniera, pasta with Roman cacio e pepe or alfredo sauces, and tiramisu-flavored bundt cake. Cost of $20 per person ages 15+, $10 per child ages 6-14, children age 5 and under are free, with proceeds supporting our parish ministries. Payment will be collected at the door or can be paid online in advance. Pre-registrations are greatly appreciated for planning purposes.
