The Basilica community will celebrate the Rite of Christian Burial for Michael Dougherty in the Basilica.

9:00am: Visitation
10:00am Funeral Mass
Reception at the Minikahda Club

In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to the Dougherty Family College.

Free Parking is available on 17th Street, the parking lot behind The Basilica and the parking lot across from The Basilica School.

Due to construction Cowley parking lot is not accessible. For those with health and/or accessibility challenges, please use the valet service provided by the family. The Valet service is located at the circle drive near the corner of Hennepin and 17th Street.

There is free parking in the lot beneath the I-94 overpass. Please do not park in reserved/contracted spaces.

Additional Parking

There is a $10.00 fee if you choose to park in the MCTC ramp on 16th Street.

You can park at Parade Park parking lot, 400 Vineland Place. There is a fee of $7 for 2 hours.
You are encouraged to carpool over to the Basilica.

We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car where they are visible.
Please leave what you do not need at home or place items of value in the trunk of your care where they are not easily seen.
