Near the Whipple Federal Building
Join Basilica parishioners as we gather for interfaith prayer and song, supporting our immigrant brothers and sisters. The Whipple Federal Building is the regional ICE headquarters for a five-state area, and the site of both immigrant detention facilities and an immigration court. The Basilica parishioners are active partners with the Interfaith Coalition on Immigration.
This month’s vigil at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building will be hosted by the Immigrant Justice Committee at Plymouth Congregational Church with music by the Plymouth Church Chapel singers. We will gather just north of the Fort Snelling Park and Ride South Lot, Location “A” in the map below.
