LUMINISCENCE Cancelled tonight

Out of an abundance of caution, tonight’s performances of Luminiscence at the Basilica of Saint Mary in Minneapolis are cancelled.

Ticket Holders

Your ticket is now completely flexible and you can find a redemption coupon on your mobile app in the “Vouchers” section of your profile. You can use this voucher for the same event and select a new date and/or time. The redemption coupon is good for the duration of the show’s run (ending February 14, 2026). Instead, if you wish to receive a refund for your ticket, please reply to this email letting us know. You can also reach us through the chat available on our App.

How to use your coupon:

Open the Fever app and log in using your account associated to {{ticket.requester.email}}. You can download the app for Android or iOS. If you’d prefer not to download the app, you can use your voucher through our website as well. Just make sure to log into the aforementioned account.

Select your event and choose the date and time you prefer, then select the number of tickets you want to buy and click on “Get it”.

On the next page, click on “Voucher or gift card”. This will take you to your list of coupons.

Select the coupon we generated for you and click “Apply voucher”. This will apply the discount to your total.

Check that the total amount to be paid is correct. If you have chosen the same number and type of tickets as in your previous purchase, the total to pay should be 0. If you chose a more expensive ticket or added more tickets, you will have to pay the difference.

Press “Pay now” and you’re done! You will find your new ticket(s) in the “Tickets” section of the application.
