Archdiocesan Mass of Solidarity

Mass of Solidarity for the World Day of Migrants and Refugees

Sunday, October 5

Prelude 5:00pm
Mass 5:30pm*

Join us for the Archdiocesan Mass of Solidarity at 5:30pm. All are encouraged to celebrate the richness of their heritage by wearing traditional clothing from your culture or ethnicity.

This Mass of Solidarity is an occasion to express concern for different vulnerable people on the move, to pray for them as they face many challenges, and to increase awareness about the ways in which our Archdiocese has been enriched by them.

The celebration will include a diverse mix of musical styles and dance with Aztec and Vietnamese Dancers; Cameroon, Karen and Latino choirs and musicians.

The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is home to more than 800,000 Catholics celebrating Mass regularly in 11 different languages. All are invited to share the richness of their culture by wearing the clothes of their native culture or ethnicity.
