In a moment when many in our city are feeling fear, uncertainty, and strain, clergy from across downtown Minneapolis are coming together to offer a shared space of grounding, care, and connection.
The Downtown Minneapolis Interfaith Senior Clergy, of which The Basilica of Saint Mary is a member, warmly invites you to join a multifaith, multigenerational service this Friday morning at Temple Israel, where people of all ages and traditions will gather for prayer, song, reflection, and community. This is not a rally or protest, but a chance to show up together to return to our moral and spiritual center and to stand together in solidarity with our neighbors.
This gathering reflects a shared commitment among faith leaders to unity, human dignity, and nonviolence. Children, students, elders, families, and individuals are all welcome.
We are honored to welcome Bishop Mariann Budde, Episcopal Bishop of Washington, as a special guest.
