Sips and Noshes

Join us Monday, December 8, on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception after 5:30pm Mass for “Sips and Noshes.” Enjoy gourmet small bites and beverage sips featuring ingredients associated with Mary and purity, including pears, almonds, cream and honey. Freewill donations will be accepted at the event.

MENU

Sips:
– Almond Milk Horchata

Noshes:
– Creamy Parmesan Risotto with Smoked Chicken and Apple Sausage
– Savory Honey, Pear, and Almond Tart with Goat Cheese
– Pear, Prosciutto, and Cheese Skewers (some will have Almonds and/or Arugula for vegetarian and vegan options)
– Pearadise: Pear, Honey, and Whipped Cream in a Phyllo Cup
– Winter Slaw with Asian Pear, Apple, Almond, Fennel, and Red Onion
– Soaked Honey Almond Cakes
– Sebastian Joe’s Immaculate Confection Ice Cream
