Zorn @ 70: On the Stage
Category-defying composer and instrumentalist John Zorn celebrates his 70th birthday with a 12-hour immersive festival featuring key musical collaborators. Taking place across multiple venues, this one-of-a-kind marathon brings together Zorn and celebrated musicians, including Bill Frisell, Julian Lage, John Medeski, JACK Quartet, Ches Smith, Kenny Wollesen, and Sae Hashimoto.
Concert in partnership with the Walker Art Center. The festivities begin with performances at the Walker Art Center.
The day culminates with Zorn’s midnight organ recital at The Basilica of Saint Mary. Free of Charge
