Using the documentary film Definition of Insanity, leaders in the Twin Cities discussed the Miami Dade model, what is happening in the Twin Cities, and what more needs to be done to work toward positive outcomes, improve public safety, and cut the cost of incarceration for people with mental health issues.

Panelists include Ramsey County Attorney John Choi, Judge Lisa Janzen, Bloomington Chief of Police Booker T. Hodges, Hennepin County Probation Officer Lori Swenson, and NAMI Executive Director Sue Abderholden.
